Halloween is a big event in the W3 neighbourhood - many families take part, thousands of sweets are distributed and it’s always a fun night with a great community feel. This year with sponsorship from Aston Rowe we are launching a trick or treat  #W3Halloween fundraiser in aid of The Honey Pot Children’s Charity, a charity that supports children who become carers at an early age.

We’ll be starting at the Aston Rowe offices from 3-5pm for free face painting fun. Teams around Acton will be collecting donations between 5pm-7pm. We’re looking to sign up volunteers for as many streets as possible, so if you're planning to be out and about trick or treating, why not grab an official collection tin and help us collect. If you can join, please get in touch.

At 6.30-7pm all teams will converge on the final meeting place, Poets Corner Community Garden on Chaucer Rd, where we will congregate for a spooky showdown, treats will be available and photographers will be at large to take snaps of the best dressed.

Categories will be judged and winners announced on social media the week of Nov 4th 2019. (More prizes are still being confirmed so we expect there will be more than one winner in each category). Opportunity to enter will continue into November 1st when both Station House and The Rocket pub will be hosting Halloween parties. Cameras at the ready!
